Job Overview: A Paint Prepper is responsible for preparing vehicles and parts for painting by performing various tasks to ensure a high-quality finish. This role involves sanding, masking, cleaning, and priming surfaces in accordance with industry standards and company specification. You will have the opportunity to learn and/or improve your paint spraying skills with on the job training, and once you a competent you rate will increase to be in line with the paint sprayers.
