Job Title: Sales Advisor – New Homes (Site-Based)
Location: Initially Didcot (future sites across Oxfordshire & Buckinghamshire)
Salary: £28,000 basic + £55,000 OTE
Working Pattern: 5 days per week (including weekends)
About the Role
We are a growing residential developer seeking an experienced Sales Advisor to join our site-based team, initially in Didcot, with future developments across Oxfordshire and Buckinghamshire.
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated new homes professional to play a key role in driving sales performance, delivering exceptional customer service, and representing a quality-led brand at development level.
Key Responsibilities

Manage the sales journey from initial enquiry through to legal completion

Deliver exceptional customer service at every stage of the buying process
*
Conduct viewings and showcase show homes to prospective purchasers
*
Proactively generate and follow up leads
*
Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs
*
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the local market and competitor developments
*
Accurately complete all sales paperwork and ensure compliance procedures are followed
*
Work closely with solicitors, mortgage advisors, and the wider internal team
About You
*
Proven experience in new homes sales (essential)
*
Strong understanding of the full sales process within residential development
*
Target-driven with a track record of achieving OTE
*
Professional, well-presented, and confident communicator
*
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
*
Flexible to work 5 days per week, including weekends
*
Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across Oxfordshire and Buckinghamshire as required
