Patient Pathway Coordinator (Part-time)
You are an organized and confident communicator who thrives in a busy, people-focused environment. We have an exciting part‑time opportunity for a Patient Pathway Coordinator to join our friendly team at Practice Plus Group Surgical Centre, Gillingham, on a fixed‑term contract for up to 12 months to cover maternity leave.
This role is ideal if you enjoy working in a fast‑paced, call‑centre‑style environment, where most communication takes place over the telephone. You’ll be supporting patients through every step of their healthcare journey — from referral to treatment — while working in a busy, team‑based office environment.
If you’ve previously worked from home or in a one‑to‑one setting, please note that this is a fully on‑site role, with lots of team interaction throughout the day. The office can be lively and noisy at times, so being comfortable in a dynamic, collaborative atmosphere is key.
