Job Title: Production Technician (Assembly - Temporary) Location: Crewkerne Pay Rate: £12.70 per hour Length of contract: 6 Months initially Overview: We are currently seeking temporary Production Technicians to support our busy assembly areas. This number may increase depending on production demands. The ideal candidates will have experience in a manufacturing environment and preferably some exposure to engineering settings. Key Responsibilities: Assist in assembly and production processes as directed Follow standard operating procedures and safety guidelines Maintain a clean and organized workstation Complete tasks efficiently while maintaining quality standards Participate in training to become proficient in production tasks Work flexibly across shifts as requiredRequired Skills & Experience: Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is essential Experience in an engineering environment is desirable Good understanding of written and spoken English Ability and willingness to learn quickly Reliable, punctual, and a strong team playerAdditional Information: Temporary position with the potential for extension All necessary training will be provided Must be flexible to work both shift patterns on a rotation basis
