The Product Manager will be responsible for:
* Provide expert product advice on machine applications, performance, specifications, and pricing to support sales and customer requirements
* Define and manage product strategy and roadmap, ensuring alignment with market needs and company goals
* Act as the business expert on product platforms and competitor offerings, delivering insights to guide sales and marketing decisions
* Support strategic machine demonstrations, using measurement tools and productivity data to deliver compelling sales arguments
* Liaise with suppliers and technical teams to assess, design, and approve locally fitted attachments and machine options
The successful Product Manager will have:
* Experience in the Road/Compact/Heavy Plant Equipment sector - essential
* Familiarity with aftermarket processes, systems, and technical tools
* Well-organised and systematic in approach to tasks
* Strong analytical and negotiation skills
* Excellent presentation and communication skills
* Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision
