We are looking for a Ecommerce & Merchandising Executive to play a valuable part of the team and help deliver our growth plans.
The Ecommerce & Merchandising Executive ensures products are accurately represented online and optimised for performance and conversion. This includes managing uploads, categorisation, pricing, and stock visibility, as well as supporting promotional campaigns and enhancing the customer journey through effective merchandising.
Main duties
Product Management
Upload products and ensure accurate categorisation.
Maintain correct pricing and stock information across all digital platforms.
Coordinate with Merchandising Team to reflect availability.Promotional Campaigns
Set up promotional campaigns and seasonal events.
Tag and organise products for campaign visibility.
Collaborate with the wider team on campaign execution.
Assist in identifying and selecting products for digital marketing campaigns, aligning with sales performance, stock levels, and campaign objectives.Merchandising
Analyse product and category performance data.
Optimise onsite search and product placement.
Recommend improvements to navigation and filtering.Onsite Search Optimisation
Monitor and improve onsite search performance.
Ensure products are tagged and described to support discoverability.
Use analytics to refine search results and boost conversion.Customer Journey
Maintain a well-organised and visually appealing site.
Ensure smooth navigation and logical purchase flow.
Support UX enhancements and layout consistency. Skills & Experience
Experience in ecommerce merchandising or trading.
Understanding of online customer behaviour.
Familiarity with digital campaign planning and execution.
Commercially aware and data-driven.
Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills.
Proactive and collaborative.Technical & Qualifications
A-levels or equivalent qualifications (degree in Marketing, Business, or Digital Media is a bonus but not required).
Experience with ecommerce CMS and merchandising tools.
Proficiency in Excel and data analysis platforms.
