Ferris UK Ltd have a mission to bring real customer service to construction. Working almost exclusively in the insurance repair market, employees are part of a rapidly expanding team with an excellent reputation.
As part of our Trades team, you will be highly customer-centric, and be comfortable liaising with customers, and our internal teams alike. You'll have a hands-on approach where no job is "too big" or "too small". Our client base covers a 70 mile radius around our Redditch HQ, so the daily commute to site will not be an issue for you, and you'll be competent in working on solo projects or as part of a wider team.
Key skills required:
1. Must be able to get along with customers and team members
2. Have a desire to learn and progress, or help other members of the team progress by passing on experience and teaching
3. Have at least 3 years’ plastering experience
4. Strong board and skimming skills
5. Rendering, wet plaster and lime are advantageous but not necessary
6. Must have a full UK driving licence

Salary Package & Benefits:
Salary Description £26,000 - £30,000: Contracted Hours - 40 - 0 / per week - Full-Time. Plus company vehicle and fuel card, and 28 days holiday a year (inclusive of Gov Stat Days)
