Role Responsibilities

* Work with team members to handle incoming calls, emails and allocating work based on pre‑agreed priorities.
* Ensure all reported jobs are processed in a timely manner.
* Monitor the completion of Planned Preventive Maintenance and Helpdesk tasks to ensure contract compliance.
* Log and process job quotes, maintaining full auditable trails for invoices, timesheets, material orders and goods received notes.
* Check and maintain the FM Helpdesk Inbox, schedule reactive and help‑desk call‑outs, and open and close jobs.
* Provide general administration support, daily chasing and liaison, and raise corrective maintenance tasks following completed PPM tasks.

* IT skills, including Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook, with some experience in updating systems.
* Administrative experience is essential.
* A good team player who is supportive and organised.
* Someone happy to work in a fast‑paced environment.
