About The Role
As an Enabling Support Worker, your role will involve providing support and encouragement, following the guidance of both the person supported and the person-centered support plan.
You will be required to maintain accurate records in line with service requirements. The role may also involve administering personal care and medication.
There will be a requirement to cover sleep-in sessions, for which you will be paid an additional £60 per sleep-in.
Treetops is a high-dependency, residential care home providing 24-hour nursing and personal care for adults with disabilities, most of whom are younger.
People at Treetops are enabled to make a wide range of individual choices, supported by active staff engagement. The service adopts a person-centered, flexible approach, recognizing that everyone’s needs and aspirations differ, contributing to a flourishing life.
