This is a key role focused on the development, growth, and retention of high-value client relationships across the UK. Key Responsibilities Manage a portfolio of key strategic accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth. Develop a deep understanding of client organisations, identifying key stakeholders and aligning Chubb’s value propositions with their business objectives. Differentiate Chubb’s offering through insightful, relevant, and value-driven engagement. Proactively identify and act upon opportunities to grow account value and introduce new services. Prepare and deliver compelling business cases to support customer decision-making. Meet and exceed defined sales, margin, and renewal targets. Candidate Profile The successful candidate will possess the following attributes: Experience in account management within the fire and security or facilities management sectors. A proven track record of success in a target-driven, client-facing environment. Strong commercial awareness, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management capabilities. Well-organised, adaptable, and self-motivated. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and CRM systems. Full UK driving licence is essential.
