Role: Patient Services Advisor
Location: SpaMedica, 120 Bark Street, Bolton, BL1 2AX
Hours: 37.5 hours per week Mon Sun (5 days in 7) Any weekend working will allow for a rota day off
Shift times: Monday to Friday between 8am and 6pm, Sat 8 5:30 and Sun 9 4
Salary: £24,000

Responsibilities of our Patient Services Advisor:
* Ensure an exceptional customer experience for our callers by swiftly and accurately responding to and resolving all caller's requests and queries across several communication channels inbound / outbound calls and email.
* Assist with the management of patient waiting lists.
* To have knowledge of all procedures carried out by SpaMedica and Freedom Vision.
* Accurately maintaining and updating customer records on the customer management system. Ensure that records are accurately updated whenever a customer makes contact.
* You will be motivated to meet your KPI's. Your individual performance will be key contribution to the department achieving all targets for quality and productivity.
* Participate in regular 121s and team meetings with your manager.
