Giacom’s market-leading platform, Cloud Market, provides a single platform where partners can procure and manage communications, cloud, hardware, and IT products and services from leading vendors and service providers.
You will support Giacom partners in managing IP Voice and International voice orders. Your responsibilities include liaising with partners and suppliers to resolve issues, providing proactive updates, and being the first point of contact for complaints and escalations. Excellent customer service skills are essential.
What You'll Be Doing
1. Provide exceptional support and service to Giacom Partners.
2. Provision and manage partner orders using internal and supplier systems.
3. Handle incoming calls and emails, delivering excellent customer service.
4. Coordinate with partners and suppliers to troubleshoot and resolve issues, with regular updates.
5. Manage order processing, scheduling, and task completion within deadlines.
6. Keep all systems updated for each customer contact and action.
Skills and Experience
1. Strong customer service skills.
2. Experience with Microsoft Office packages.
3. Ability to work as part of a team.
Full training will be provided. Prior experience with IP Voice Hosted/SIP telephony platforms is advantageous.
