What You'll Be Doing As a key link between our customers and internal teams, you'll: Build strong, lasting relationships with customers and deliver outstanding service every time Process orders efficiently within a fast-paced manufacturing environment Manage a diverse product range including roofing, civils, and insulation products Collaborate with teams across the business to ensure smooth delivery and service Proactively identify sales opportunities, generate leads, and follow up on quotes Upsell products and help maximise revenue across our portfolio Coordinate deliveries, optimise transport efficiency, and keep customers informed Handle queries and complaints with professionalism, urgency, and care Gather customer feedback and use insights to improve service and satisfaction Provide support across the team, including holiday cover when needed ??
