Paul Mitchell Associates is working with a market-leading SME manufacturing business that is looking to recruit an Accounts / Office Administrator to join their small, friendly team to cover Maternity Leave.
The role includes:
* Answering and forwarding calls for the department
* Greeting visitors
* Setting up and clearing down for meetings, arranging refreshments
* General housekeeping of the department
* Dealing with incoming & outgoing post
* Stock checks of stationery items
* Daily sales invoicing
* Managing the Finance Portal
* Other finance-related tasks such as credit control and taking card payments
