We are searching for an experienced Corporate Tax Assistant Manager.
Make an Impact within our Corporate Tax team at RSM UK
Our national corporate tax service line supports a wide range of businesses with tax compliance and advisory services, fostering a culture of individuality, collaboration, and positive change to drive success for both our people and clients. When you become part of our tax team, you’ll discover a culture celebrating individuality, fresh thinking, flexibility, and collaboration, whilst not only embracing change but impacting it. We’re simply not a one-size-fits-all firm and work hard to create an environment where our people can make a difference - to themselves, their career, their teams, and to the success of RSM and our clients.
As an Assistant Manager, you will be an integral part of a high-performing tax compliance and advisory team in one of our offices in London, Bromley, or Chelmsford. You’ll make an impact by:

2. Providing value-adding, technically accurate, clear, and concise tax advice on issues relevant to your clients’ business risks, challenges, and opportunities. This includes areas like loss relief, tax relief on interest, transfer pricing, R&D tax relief, capital allowances, group reorganisations, shareholder reorganisations, international tax matters, and acquisitions & disposals.
3. Building your external network of peers (both client and non-client).
4. Collaborating with colleagues in other departments to deliver high-quality service, identify tax-related risks and opportunities, including working with our transactions team on tax due diligence projects and restructuring advisory team on distress or insolvency cases.
5. Continuously developing your skills, knowledge, and capabilities for the benefit of our clients, and mentoring junior team members in a confident manner.
