OVERVIEW
This role offers exceptional flexibility, allowing you to choose your working days and hours, on a completely remote basis. You will manage a diverse caseload of employment law matters, providing high-quality legal advice and representation to clients.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage a varied caseload of employment law matters, including unfair dismissal, discrimination, redundancy, settlement agreements, and employment tribunal claims.
Provide clear, practical, and commercially focused legal advice to clients.
Handle client enquiries and convert leads into instructions.
Collaborate with a team of 12 solicitors, sharing knowledge and supporting each other.
Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
ABOUT YOU
NQ+ Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with experience in employment law, either contentious or non-contentious matters.
Ability to manage your own caseload and work independently.
Strong client care and communication skills.
Self-motivated and organised with the ability to work remotely.
Comfortable handling inbound client leads and converting them into instructions.
