We provide a fulfilling and enjoyable work environment with ample opportunities for career growth, along with a competitive salary, staff discount, life assurance, and 33 days of holiday (inclusive of bank holidays) Hours; 0700-1700 Monday to Friday and every other Saturday morning 0800-1200 Location; Jewson Billericay, Radford Way, Billericay, CM12 0DX Key Responsibilities Delivery and collection of tools and equipment using a 3.5t vehicle, talking customers through how to use them on site Carry out basic maintenance and cleaning of our tool hire equipment in the workshop Develop great relationships with new and existing customers, understanding their needs, and providing advice and solutions so that you can deliver the best experience possible Use our in-house systems to process customer orders, organise tool hire delivery and collection, keeping customers updated throughout their journey Working according to Health & Safety compliance Be prepared to take on the duties of the Tool Hire Supervisor in their absence What’s in it for you?
