Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate complex care assistants to provide support and care for an individual in the Hull area.
Must hold a full, clean UK driving licence
Responsibilities Include But Not Limited To
* Provide companionship and engage in meaningful conversations and activities with client
* Assist with mobility and transfers as needed
* Monitor and report any changes in client's condition to the appropriate healthcare professionals
* Follow care plans and ensure client's safety and well-being
* Maintain accurate documentation of services provided
These patients will be rehabilitated from hospital back into their own home or supported living, These service users may have complex needs or mental health issues such as but not limited to Prader Willi syndrome, depression, suicidal thoughts, Learning disabilities, birth asphyxia, paranoid schizophrenia and many more complex care needs.
Qualifications
* Valid, clean driver's license
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
* Basic IT skills to document care plans electronically
* Previous experience in home care or a related field
* Proficient in English language
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Compassionate, patient, and empathetic towards clients' needs
