Job Description:
* Deliveringengaging,play-basedandstructured lessonsin line with theKS1 National Curriculum
* Creating astimulating classroom environmentthat supportsearly literacy,numeracy, andsocial development
* Usingcontinuous assessmentto track progress and tailor learning to individual needs
* Supportingphonics developmentthrough systematic programmes such asRead Write Inc.orLetters and Sounds
* Working closely withteaching assistants,parents, andcolleaguesto ensure every child thrives
* Contributing towhole-school events,assemblies, andenrichment activities
The Ideal Candidate Will:
* Have experience teaching in KS1, ideally Year 1 (desirable but not essential)
* Be passionate aboutearly childhood educationandchild development
* Demonstrate strongclassroom managementanddifferentiation strategies
* Be committed toraising standardsandnurturing a love of learning
* Embrace agrowth mindsetand value ongoingCPD
* Be confident usinginteractive learning toolsandtechnology in the classroom
