Role Overview
In this role, you will be responsible for managing and developing our Pre-Sales team, ensuring it becomes a central and trusted point of contact across the business. You will oversee day-to-day customer service activities, supporting the resolution of customer queries, service or billing enquiries, and ensuring accurate handling of customer information and product specifications.
Key Responsibilities
1. Leading and managing the Pre-Sales team to deliver outstanding customer support
2. Developing apprentices within the team and supporting their professional growth
3. Overseeing team skills development and coordinating training initiatives
4. Managing government schemes, including MCS umbrella and other relevant programmes
5. Supporting the introduction of new equipment into the product portfolio
6. Assisting in the design and sale of equipment for both small and large-scale projects
7. Providing support across domestic and commercial heating product lines
8. Ensuring accurate handling of customer data, billing information, and product specifications
What We’re Looking For
9. Experience in customer service and/or pre-sales support
10. Previous team leadership or supervisory experience
11. Strong organisational and communication skills
12. Ability to work with structured processes while maintaining a customer-centric approach
13. Interest or experience in heating, technical products, or related sectors (desirable)
