Key Responsibilities
* Manage projects end-to-end, from planning and storyboarding to filming and post-production.
* Work with children to produce short films for NeetTV's annual film premiere.
* Create engaging content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, blogs, and websites.
* Produce corporate films for commercial clients
* Stay ahead of digital trends and continuously improve content performance through analytics.
NeetTV is a film making project that works with businesses, young people, schools, post 16 learners, charities and local authorities throughout the Liverpool City Region and beyond. The role will incorporate a wide array of requirements to produce A/V products for a range of clients.
What you will need:
Candidates must be ambitious, driven and enthusiastic with an interest in pursuing a career in a busy, dynamic, forward-thinking organisation. You will have the skills and confidence to lead on a number of in-house productions and schedule, manage and arrange multiple productions simultaneously.
Essential:
* A 2:1 degree in Video Production or relevant industry experience.
* Experience in end-to-end video production.
* Ability to engage with children and young people.
* Proficiency in post-production software such as AVID, Final Cut Pro, or Adobe Premiere, etc.
* Excellent project management, problem-solving, and communication skills.
* A proactive mindset with a passion for innovation.

Desirable:
* Skills in Photoshop, Illustrator, or 3D animation.
* Experience and knowledge of digital marketing and content strategy.
* Full UK Driving Licence.
