Our pre-teacher training programme has been designed to support you at the start of your teaching journey.
We are working with schools across Newcastle and by joining our programme you'll have the opportunity to work within one school long-term giving you a fantastic insight into the teaching world as well as a solid amount of experience to lay the foundations of a successful career in teaching.
Our roles are designed for passionate graduates and are suitable for those with little to no experience. Through our Teaching Assistant roles, you'll be able to develop your skills and learn something new all while making a positive impact on children and young people's lives.
Not only will you be supported by experienced members of staff throughout your experience, but you'll also have support from us to ensure you can thrive within this role.

Our programme is also a fantastic opportunity for those who want a career working with children and young adults outside of teaching such as Educational Psychologist and pastoral roles. Through our programme, you'll be able to gain the skills and experience you need to take you through to the next step in your career path.

What We Are Offering:

* £451.65 per week (term time only)
What We Are Looking For:
* Hold a completed bachelor's degree (minimum 2:2)
* Genuinely interested in pursuing a career in teaching or working with children/young people
* Passionate and committed to making a difference in children/young people's lives
* Able to communicate well and build positive relationships with others
* Positive work ethic and keen to develop your skills
* Able to work well in a team and independently
