We’re looking for an enthusiastic Support Worker to join our friendly and supportive Supported Living Services team in Swansea. Each person we support has access to their own vehicle to promote independence, so a full UK driving licence is essential. What You’ll Be Doing: As a Support Worker, you’ll be involved in all aspects of day-to-day support, including: Administering medication Preparing meals and supporting with mealtimes Laundry and household cleaning Accompanying on shopping trips and running errands Supporting relationships with friends, family, and the local community Taking part in leisure activities, such as swimming, cinema trips, and days out Advocating for their needs, preferences, and choices Providing personal care, with dignity and respect Assisting with manual handling as required Providing digital (computer-based) administrative support as a key worker Skills and Experience Needed We’re looking for someone who is passionate about empowering others and supporting individuals to live independently and on their own terms.
