We are seeking motivated Remote Sales Representatives to support outbound sales initiatives for a diverse portfolio of well-known clients. You’ll engage with existing and potential customers, promote products and services, and drive revenue through consultative selling and relationship building.
This is an opportunity to work on high-impact sales campaigns with globally recognized brands. Being bilingual is highly advantageous and will be viewed favorably. Candidates must have prior call center experience and reside within 80 km of our office.
You’ll also need a high-speed internet connection, a quiet work environment, strong English language proficiency, and work-from-home experience.

Key Responsibilities
* Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers
* Present and promote products and services effectively
* Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions
* Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity
* Handle objections and resolve customer concerns professionally
* Stay up to date with product knowledge, promotions, and training
* Follow scripts, policies, and procedures while using available resources
* Escalate complex issues when necessary
* Maintain consistent attendance and adhere to scheduling requirements
Qualifications
* Must be 18 years or older
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Previous call center experience
* Work-from-home experience
* Strong command of the English language
* Typing speed of 20+ WPM
* High-speed internet connection
* Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
* Familiarity with Windows operating systems
* Excellent interpersonal skills

Physical & Conditions
This job operates in a professional office environment. The employee is largely sedentary and may be required to sit/stand for extended periods while using a computer and telephone headset. May occasionally move about the office, reach in any direction, and lift up to 40 pounds. All locations require authorization to work in the country where the job is based. Some roles may include background/security investigations and drug screening per local requirements.
