About the Role: We’re looking for an experienced Shift Maintenance Engineer to join a busy, forward-thinking manufacturing site in the L34 area. This is a hands-on, varied role supporting the smooth operation of high-speed production lines. You’ll be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and improving a range of machinery and equipment to minimise downtime and ensure efficient production. Key Responsibilities: * Complete planned preventative maintenance (PPM) tasks in line with schedules and quality standards. * Respond quickly and effectively to breakdowns, minimising production downtime. * Troubleshoot electrical, and pneumatic faults on a range of production machinery. * Record all maintenance activities accurately using job sheets or CMMS where applicable. * Follow health & safety protocols, including lock-out/tag-out, permit-to-work, and PPE use. * Work collaboratively with production and warehouse teams to resolve equipment-related issues. * Escalate unresolved faults or recurring issues to the Lead Engineer * Maintain a clean and organised work environment, including tools and spare parts areas. * Assist with equipment installations, changeovers, and small engineering projects when required. * Partici...
