Salary: £26,500- £28,500 per annum Location: North Essex, with travel required countywide across Essex Hours: Full time, 37 hours a week, Monday - Thursday 08:30am - 16:30pm, Friday 08:30am - 16:00pm. Flexibility working outside of the core hours is required, including evenings and weekends. Contract: 1 Year Fixed Term Contract Do you have experience of working in an employment supportive role? As an Inclusive Employment Job Coach, you’ll be key in ensuring our customers, who are predominately young adults with an EHCP on a supported internship program, are coached using Training in Systemic Instruction (TSI) methods into employment, volunteering and/or community outcomes dependant on the customer’s choice and their specific employment targets. You will also have the opportunity to support our supported employment customers settle in and sustain their paid employment in a range of different sectors. About You You will be responsible for a cohort of customers, ensuring that they are confident to settle into their paid employment and supported internship placement.
