Location: Southbourne, PO10 8LD
Salary: £12.25 - £13.25 per hour (plus more for nights/weekends)
Hours: Day Shifts: 6-hour (8am-2pm) or 12-hour (8am-8pm) Night Shifts: 12 hours (8pm-8am)

The Role
Personal Care
Assistance with food and fluids
Support during professional visits
Community outings for a quality life
Ensuring residents receive the best care on a daily basis
Computerised reporting system
Skills and Experience
A desire to help elderly residents live their best lives
Enthusiasm for community outings and creating meaningful in-home experiences
Local to train and bus stops if you don't drive
Clear communication skills in English, essential for understanding and interacting with residents
