Are you ready to embark on an exciting veterinary career in the picturesque city of Norwich? Whether you're a seasoned professional or a new graduate eager to make a difference, this opportunity could be the perfect fit for you. With options for both full-time and part-time work, flexibility is at the heart of this role.
Benefits
- Salary: £40,000- £60,000 (pro rata, depending on experience)
Package
- Holidays: weeks annual leave (including bank holidays, pro rata)
- CPD: £1,750 budget + 5 days CPD leave per year
- Professional Fees: RCVS and two other professional memberships covered
- Additional Benefits:
- Health Shield plan
- Cycle to work scheme

- Day off for your birthday
- Paid compassionate leave
- Paid overtime or TOIL
- Work visa sponsorship available
- Initial accommodation (2-bed flat in Harleston)

Rota
- Flexible working available
- No OOH or weekend work
- 20-minute consultations
- Regular breaks and admin time built into the diary
- Full or part-time options
Practice
- Type: Small Animal only
- Facilities & Features:
- Separate cat, dog, exotic wards
- Separate dental suite & imaging room (digital x-ray, ultrasound)
- In-house lab
- 3 spacious consult rooms
- Large waiting area with species-specific zones
- Quiet euthanasia room with comfort amenities
- Modern, spacious working environment
- Eco-friendly practice: compost heap, reusable charts, wildlife fund
- Relaxation area for staff (including outdoor space)
- Support Team:
- Skilled nursing team with special clinics (derm, diabetes, weight management, puppy school)
- Nurses undertaking advanced qualifications
- Access to Vet on the Net & Zoetis DX
- Team Culture:
