Main duties of the job
6. Provide person-centred support to patients, families, and carers with kindness and compassion.
7. Carry out routine hearing assessments, hearing aid fittings, adjustments, and repairs under supervision.
8. Support delivery of care plans and aural rehabilitation for routine adult patients.
9. Keep accurate clinical records and communicate effectively with patients and colleagues.
10. Contribute to safe, inclusive care environments and engage in ongoing training and development.

Essential criteria
18. GCSE in English, Maths and Science at Grade C/4 or above or equivalent

19. Further qualifications and or structured training in relevant clinical area.
