Main duties of the job

6. Provide person-centred support to patients, families, and carers with kindness and compassion.

7. Carry out routine hearing assessments, hearing aid fittings, adjustments, and repairs under supervision.

8. Support delivery of care plans and aural rehabilitation for routine adult patients.

9. Keep accurate clinical records and communicate effectively with patients and colleagues.

10. Contribute to safe, inclusive care environments and engage in ongoing training and development.

18. GCSE in English, Maths and Science at Grade C/4 or above or equivalent

Desirable criteria

19. Further qualifications and or structured training in relevant clinical area.

20. Evidence of transferable workplace training and competencies
21. Proactively undertakes relevant specialist or departmental training in order to achieve required knowledge and competency for role.

22. Understanding of research, audit, and service evaluation.
