A Fantastic opportunity had arisen at our client based in the Bicester area for a Junior Sous Chef to work in their high end production kitchen as a product development chef. You assist the head chef in preparing fresh meals and menus for executive clients. The kitchen operates on a seven day basis and you will work 5 days a week on a rota basis You will have experiene in a fast paced environment, be passionate about food and ingredients and be well organised with good communication skills.

The Role
Reporting to the Head Chef you will be assisted by junior chefs
Preparing meals for high end menus in production kitchen
Strong Management skills
Mature focus and outlook
The Person
You will already be a Junior or Sous Chef
Able to work unsupervised and develop junior team members
Have experience of working in a fresh food kitchen
Good attention to detail
