What you’ll do: Ensure the customer receives the warmest possible welcome Oversee day-to-day operation Set clear team goals Monitor team performance and report training needs Listen to team members’ feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts Assist with team building activities What we’re looking for: Experience as a team leader or supervisor is essential Good technical skills Excellent communication and leadership skills Organizational and time-management skills Decision-making skills Able to anticipate needs Can work well under pressure, it’s a tourist town and will get busy in the summer months.
