Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive and organised Administrative Assistant to support day-to-day office and site administration activities at a project based on Blackwall Lane, Greenwich. This is a short-term role ideal for someone efficient, reliable, and confident working in a busy construction or project-based environment.
Key Responsibilities

Provide general administrative support to the site and project teams.

Manage document filing, scanning, and updating records.

Assist with processing timesheets, expenses, and basic reporting.
*
Maintain site diaries, registers and ensure paperwork is up to date.
*
Welcome visitors, manage sign-in procedures and handle incoming calls/emails.
*
Coordinate deliveries, appointments, and meeting room bookings.
*
Support with preparing documents, reports, and correspondence as required.
*
Assist with health & safety documentation and inductions (if required).
*
Maintain a clean, organised and professional office environment.
Requirements
*
Previous administrative experience (construction or project office preferred).
*
Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
*
Excellent organisation and communication skills.
*
Ability to prioritise tasks and work independently.
*
Strong attention to detail with a proactive approach.
*
Reliable, professional, and able to start immediately in the New Year
