* Support the Head Chef with the day‑to‑day running of the kitchen.
* Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation and hygiene.
* Assist with menu development and event catering.
* Lead the team in the Head Chef’s absence.
* Deliver smooth service across weddings, functions and busy periods.
Qualifications and Experience
* Fresh food background is essential.
