V7 Recruitment are looking for Finishing Managers to work on a high rise residential scheme in Stratford.
Start Date- 5th January 2026
Contract Duration- 8 months
Rate- Negotiable -paid via CIS or umbrella
Hours- 8AM-6PM with Saturdays on a rota basis
Ideal candidate-
Previous experience working on multi-occupancy project.
Background working in a Finishing Manager/ Finishing Foreman role.
Able to work autonomously with support from a visiting Project Manager.
The ability to work under pressure and to strict deadlines.
Excellent subcontractor management.
SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid certificateDuties-
Effectively coordinating trades and labour on site.
Assisting Package Managers with snagging & de-snagging.
Ensuring the project is carried out to a high quality.
Health & Safety.
