VP Forensic are recruiting for a support worker role in the NR31 Great Yarmouth area. This is to support a male client with an Acquired Brain Injury.
Due to the nature of our roles, candidates must be a UK Resident residing within the local area. Please note we cannot offer visa sponsorship for overseas.
Your responsibilities would include:
* Providing high quality person cantered support to our clients
* Supporting our client with working toward their rehabilitation/development goals
* Moving and handling via hoisting
* Supporting with daily living tasks and engaging in fulfilling and meaningful activities with our clients
* Providing support to access the community that are engaging and fun for our clients
* Personal care and physical support in a dignified and respectful way
* Working under the supervision and guidance of the multi-disciplinary team.
* Managing complex behaviour and risk presented.
