* Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle within master data systems, from initial onboarding through to product discontinuation.
* Create, maintain and update SKU records, ensuring all product data (descriptions, pricing, supplier details) is accurate, complete and consistently maintained.
* Investigate, troubleshoot and resolve product data discrepancies and SKU-related queries raised by internal teams and external suppliers.
* Collaborate cross-functionally with internal departments and suppliers to gather, validate and maintain high-quality product information.
* Maintain and continuously improve SKU data management processes and documentation, ensuring they remain clear, accurate and up to date.
* Effectively prioritise and manage workload to meet agreed SLAs and KPI targets in a fast-paced environment.
* Act as a key point of contact for product data queries, providing expert support to stakeholders and contributing to ongoing system and process improvements.
The Person
* Experience managing product data and SKU information
* Strong computer literacy and advanced Excel skills to maintain accurate records and analyse large data sets effectively.
* Strong attention to detail, with the ability to identify and resolve data discrepancies.
* A proactive mindset and curiosity to improve processes and learn new systems.
* Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and suppliers to resolve queries and gather information.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks
* Demonstrates strong ownership and accountability for workload, with the confidence to challenge constructively and influence stakeholders where appropriate.
