Annual Compensation Range: $65,000-$75,000

Responsibilities:
* Perform routine maintenance for automated systems, analytical, lab, and manufacturing equipment.
* Maintain a preventative maintenance schedule for inspecting, servicing, and testing lab equipment and automated systems.
* Diagnose and repair equipment failures, install replacement parts.
* Construct parts using machine shop instruments.
* Use a variety of tools to complete maintenance tasks and work orders.
* Follow procedures and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
* Log maintenance tasks via Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
* Install and assemble new machines and automated systems.
* Conduct upkeep and monitor building systems.
* Perform routine maintenance tasks such as painting, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry (excluding property maintenance like landscaping).
* Identify and maintain inventory of spare parts and maintenance supplies.
Skills & Requirements:
* At least 2 years of experience in one or more building trades.
* High school diploma with vocational training; additional licenses may be required for complex tasks.
* Strong mechanical and manufacturing experience.
* Experience following safety requirements and operating in clean room and laboratory environments.
* Time management, prioritization, and attention to detail skills.
* Good written documentation and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to work on ladders up to 12 feet.
* Availability to work before and after typical office hours and respond to emergencies.
* Valid driver’s license.
