Key responsibilities
* Build and expand your own HR consulting business.
* Develop and maintain a client network across all sectors.
* Deliver tailored HR advice, training and development services to employers.
* Leverage our marketing, resource libraries and 1‑to‑1 mentoring to support business growth.
* Participate in monthly team meetings and ongoing coaching sessions.
Qualifications
* CIPD qualified HR professional, HR Director or specialist with relevant experience.
* Demonstrated track record of client consultancy or HR service delivery.
* Strong communication, networking and business development skills.
* Ability to work independently and manage client relationships.
* Authorised to live and work in the United Kingdom.
