£43,000 - £45,000+Mon-Fri (8am-4pm) + Flexitime + Company Vehicle + Overtime + Laptop & Mobile + Salary Review + Progression
Fantastic opportunity for an experienced Electrical Supervisor to join a well-established and growing electrical compliance company, taking a key leadership role within a national business.
This well-established company is a leader in electrical compliance, installation, and remedial works across the UK, working with a wide range of commercial clients. They are committed to delivering high-quality, compliant solutions.
In this position, you will report directly to the Technical Manager and be responsible for supervising up to 40 engineers, with the support of an Assistant Supervisor. You will coordinate daily operations, manage subcontractors, and take ownership of quoting works from commercial EICRs. This role also includes material ordering, profit evaluation, and technical auditing.
