They are seeking a Conveyancing Assistant to support their busy Conveyancing team in their Delph office. The Role
Day-to-day, your responsibilities will include:
1. Assisting Conveyancers in managing caseloads and actioning legal procedures as directed
2. Handling file-related queries from clients, either face-to-face or by telephone
3. Supporting timely and cost-effective processing of conveyancing matters
4. Maintaining accurate and organised client files
5. Liaising with clients, taking instructions, and conducting letter and telephone enquiries
6. Using firm procedures and systems to manage cases effectively and in line with legal requirements
7. Supporting business development by liaising with clients and identifying cross-selling opportunities
8. Managing your own workload, productivity, and quality of work with minimal supervision
