About the Business Department:
The Business Department is composed of a passionate and dedicated team of educators who are committed to delivering high-quality teaching. Collaboration and professional development are highly encouraged, ensuring a dynamic and supportive environment for both students and staff.
Responsibilities:
* Teach Business to KS4/KS5, including GCSE and A-Level.
* Develop and deliver engaging, effective lessons that inspire students.
* Assess and monitor student progress, providing tailored feedback.
* Contribute to the development and innovation of the Business curriculum.
Qualifications and Experience:
* Degree in Business or a related field.
* PGCE or QTS.
* Experience teaching Business at KS4/KS5 (including GCSE and A-Level).
* ECTs are encouraged to apply.
Salary and Benefits:
* Competitive salary on the MPS/UPS scale (dependent on experience).
