About Our Client
Our client is a prestigious, supranational financial institution based in the heart of Frankfurt am Main. As a cornerstone of European stability, they impact the lives of over 350 million citizens daily. * High‑Level Stakeholder Management: Represent the institution in international fora and build strategic partnerships with academia, tech providers, and global regulatory bodies.
* Team Building: Recruit and lead a new team of high‑level experts, driving a collaborative environment in a complex, matrix‑style organisation.
The Successful Applicant
* Educational Excellence: Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
* Strategic Seniority: Minimum of 8 years of professional experience in digital transformation or innovation, preferably within a large‑scale, international private sector environment (Banking, Consultancy, or High‑Tech).

* Pioneer Mindset: Proven ability to build "something that hasn't existed before," showing resilience in "firefighting" while maintaining focus on long‑term strategy.
* Cultural Agility: Advanced English (C1) and at least one other EU language (B1); you thrive in multicultural environments and value diversity as a driver for innovation.
What's on Offer
* Status & Impact: An influential leadership‑level role (Senior Advisor) at the forefront of European digital policy.
* Financial Excellence: A highly competitive annual salary plus an extensive benefit package.
* Longevity & Growth: A 5‑year initial term with a clear path to a permanent career within the institution.
