Senior Project Manager
Salary: Up to £75,000
Annual bonus of at least one month's pay
Majority Remote (once per month onsite visits)
Global Manufacturing Environment
Are you a fully evolved Project Manager — someone who genuinely enjoys leading complex projects and bringing order to ambiguity?
We're looking for a confident, structured, and commercially aware Senior Project Manager to lead high-impact product development and manufacturing programmes in an international environment.
This is not a role for someone who "moved into PM by accident." We're looking for someone who has developed into a well-rounded project leader — comfortable balancing clients, engineers, manufacturers, timelines, risk, and governance.
What You'll Be Doing
* Leading end-to-end product development and manufacturing projects
* Acting as the primary interface between clients and cross-functional delivery teams
* Managing timelines, risk, reporting, and stakeholder expectations
* Experience working with high volume manufacture
* Applying Waterfall, Agile, or hybrid methodologies pragmatically — knowing when to follow the rules and when to flex them
* Physical Engineering Domain knowledge
* Ensuring strong documentation, governance, and visibility across programmes
* Working closely with international (including Asian) manufacturing teams
What We're Looking For
Proven experience delivering complex technical or manufacturing projects
You will be working across clients in the medical, industrial, automtovie, Energy/Batteries, consumer electronics and retail sectors so experience working in at least some of these sectors is required
Strong understanding of both Waterfall and Agile methodologies
Experience working with Asian manufacturers (highly advantageous)
Excellent communication skills — equally comfortable with clients and engineers
Ability to work autonomously while maintaining high levels of reporting and transparency
Background in structured, documentation-heavy industries such as automotive, aerospace, medical, or similar
An engineering background is welcome — but being a brilliant engineer isn't the same as being a brilliant Project Manager. What matters most is your leadership maturity and delivery mindset.
Why Apply?
* Salary up to £75,000 + annual bonus
* High autonomy and real ownership
* Majority Remote working (once a month onsite in London)
* International exposure
* Complex, bespoke projects
* A business that values structure, discipline, and smart decision-making
If you enjoy leading challenging programmes and working across global manufacturing teams, this could be your next step.
