HR Systems and Data Administrator

Location: Birmingham
Hours: 37.5 Hours - Monday to Friday

We're looking for an HR Systems and Data Administrator to support the effective management of HR systems and data, ensuring accuracy, compliance and high‑quality service delivery across the business.

Role Responsibilities

1. Maintain and administer HR systems, ensuring data accuracy, integrity and compliance with internal policies
2. Process employee lifecycle changes, including starters, leavers and contractual updates, in a timely and accurate manner
3. Support HR teams and stakeholders with system queries, reporting and data requests
4. Produce regular and ad‑hoc HR reports, supporting analysis and decision‑making
5. Carry out data quality checks, identifying and resolving discrepancies
6. Support system updates, testing and process improvements as required
7. Ensure compliance with data protection and information security requirements
8. Maintain clear documentation of processes, procedures and system changes

What we're looking for

9. Previous experience in an HR administration, HR systems or data‑focused role
10. Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage and maintain accurate records
11. Confidence working with HR systems and Microsoft Excel at an intermediate level or above
12. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately
13. Well‑organised, proactive and comfortable working to deadlines
14. Strong communication skills, with the ability to support multiple stakeholders
