The Role
We’re looking for a Paid Media Manager to take ownership of performance campaigns across a portfolio of retail clients. This is a full-time hybrid role (3 days per week in our Brighton office, 2 days remote).
You’ll be responsible for driving revenue, scaling campaigns, and improving efficiency across multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities
* Plan, launch, and manage paid media campaigns across Meta, Google, YouTube, and TikTok
* Optimise campaigns towards revenue, ROAS, CPA, and customer acquisition goals
* Manage budgets, pacing, and forecasting across multiple eCommerce accounts
* Analyse performance data and provide clear, actionable insights
* Collaborate with creative teams to develop high-performing ad creatives
* Test new audiences, creatives, and scaling strategies
* Own reporting, including weekly and monthly performance reviews
* Continuously identify growth opportunities and efficiency improvements
Requirements
* 3+ years’ experience in paid media / performance marketing
* Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads (Shopping & Performance Max preferred)
* Proven experience managing eCommerce or retail campaigns
* Strong understanding of ROAS, CPA, LTV, and customer acquisition strategies
* Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills
* Ability to manage multiple accounts in a fast-paced agency environment
Nice to Have
* Experience with feed-based marketing (Google Shopping, product feeds)
* Familiarity with platforms like Shopify or other eCommerce systems
* Experience with TikTok Ads and creative testing frameworks
* Knowledge of GA4, tracking, and attribution
