Assistant Branch Manager
A Redhill based electrical wholesaler is looking for an Assistant Branch Manager to join the team. The role works Monday to Friday 45 hours and Saturday mornings on a rota.
The Assistant Branch Manager will be a hard‑working, enthusiastic and sales/management oriented individual who believes in providing customers with the highest level of service and wants to be part of a growing business.
Responsibilities
* Lead and manage a team
* Negotiate prices with suppliers
* Oversee warehouse management
* Purchase goods for stock
* Cover the duties of the Branch Manager when they are away from the office
* Possibly manage a small number of existing accounts (discussed in interview)
Requirements
* Experience working for an electrical wholesaler
* Great team player
* Excellent communication and numeracy skills
* Excellent work ethic
* Driving licence preferred
Salary: £35,000–£40,000 basic plus commission and benefits.
