Import Administrator Location: Stoke-On-Trent Hours: Monday to Friday, Full-Time About the Role Our client is currently looking for an Import Administrator to join their busy and fast-paced operations team. This role plays a key part in ensuring the smooth coordination of import shipments across Europe, providing essential administrative and operational support. Key Responsibilities Coordinate and arrange European cargo collections and manage customer bookings Liaise with European partners and agencies to ensure a seamless service Check and process commercial invoices accurately Communicate with internal departments including customs, transport, and warehouse teams Provide quotations for European import shipments Prepare domestic delivery documentation for transport Input shipment details, costs, and charges into the transport management system Prepare unloading lists for warehouse operations Maintain accurate and up-to-date administrative records Ensure effective communication across departments to support timely delivery of goods Manage spreadsheets and track shipment data Handle customer queries and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner Respond to customer enquiries via phone and email Support continuous improvement of internal processes Assist with additional tasks as required by management Requirements & Skills Previous experience in an administrative or customer service role Experience within l...
