Sheet Metal Operative – Fabrication & Welding Actio Recruitment is working in partnership with a respected engineering firm in the Dorking area to appoint a skilled and proactive Sheet Metal Operative with expertise in fabrication and welding. Location: Dorking Hours: Monday to Thursday, 07:00–15:30; Friday, 07:00–12:00 (30-minute paid lunch) Contract: Permanent Pay: Competitive, based on experience plus benefits package Role Overview: Reporting to the Team Leader, you’ll be responsible for the fabrication and welding of sheet metal components to precise specifications, maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and productivity.
