Private Client Paralegal Location: Lancaster/PrestonType: Full-Time
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Private Client Paralegal to join a well-established, highly respected law firm with offices in Lancaster and Preston, serving clients across the North West. The Role: As a Private Client Paralegal, you’ll work closely with experienced Solicitors and Legal Executives, supporting a varied caseload and engaging directly with clients. This position offers hands-on experience and early responsibility in a dynamic and professional environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support and assist with a broad range of Private Client matters, including: Wills and Probate, Estate Administration, Powers of Attorney and Elderly Client matters
* Prepare legal documents, conduct legal research and assist with case preparation
* Maintain accurate case records and files
* Liaise with clients, third parties and internal teams professionally and efficiently
What We’re Looking For:
* Previous experience in a Private Client or Conveyancing department
* Strong interest in Private Client work and long-term commitment to the area
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise workload independently
* High attention to detail and strong client care ethos
* Legal qualification (eg Law degree, LPC, or equivalent) preferred
