Role Overview
Reporting to the CMO, the Payments and Banking Marketing Manager is responsible for executing marketing activities for PayPoint to corporate clients, driving leads and revenue for the business.
The ideal candidate will have experience in a B2B marketing role, developing and executing marketing campaigns across various channels, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Responsibilities
* Support creation and lead execution of the company’s marketing & PR plan for corporate clients, positioning PayPoint Group brands as strategic partners for omnichannel payments solutions and platforms.
* Work closely with business heads in Payments & Banking division to develop and execute marketing plans supporting strategic and operational goals, driving sales and adoption via multiple channels.
* Manage marketing campaigns from planning to evaluation, collaborating with the wider Marketing team.
* Coordinate with the CRM team (via Salesforce and other MI) to track leads, sales, brand awareness, and make proactive growth recommendations.
* Support development and management of PayPoint websites and content, working with Creative, Digital, and UX teams.
* Create and produce pitch, tender, and bid documents and presentations tailored to specific clients or opportunities.
* Represent PayPoint at industry events to promote services to potential clients and partners.
* Track and analyze marketing data to evaluate campaign effectiveness.
* Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints.
* Support PR strategy execution, managing overall PR and communications for the corporate audience.
* Adhere to Data Protection legislation and ensure all marketing communications comply with legal requirements.
* Collaborate with business partners and Finance to ensure proper tracking and accountability of marketing budgets.
Candidate Profile
Essentials
* 5+ years of marketing experience.
* Positive, proactive attitude and eagerness to learn.
* Experience developing and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, social, print).
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
* Comfort dealing with ambiguity.
* Proficiency in managing multiple projects under deadlines.
Desirable
* Experience in payments, banking, or corporate rewards industries.
* Familiarity with Umbraco, Salesforce Account Engage, and MailChimp.
* Relevant degree, marketing qualification, or equivalent industry experience.
